- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt (Boutique) / 14 days of the email confirming shipment (Online Customer/Stockist)
- We will review your request within 14 working days of its receipt and get back to you thereafter.
- We may contact you to gather details about your refund request in order to improve our product and customer service.
- Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for a refund or exchange.
- All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund / exchange policy.
- Sale/Discounted item (s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Exchange item (s) will be randomly picked by HQ.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition when purchased and has tag attached.
- Only item purchased from HQ are entitle for refund or exchange.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the items will be borne by you. Shipping cost of return items is not claimable.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
